02 — SMARTER Goals
When it comes to setting goals, its not enough for them to be SMART, they need to be SMARTER(tm). Fiona has spent almost two decades working with business owners and their teams, unpacking the why, what and how of goal creation only to discover that most of us fail at the starting block. We expect to much with too little, get goal fatigue and give up. For many we don’t start out with our own goals in the first place, but moreover we take on the goals of others which are quickly abandoned.
What if you could discover how to identify your true goals, the obstacles that we all have in achieving them, and set yourself on a path to personal, professional and business success? 03 — Sparking Joy in Business
Marie Kondo has created a revolution in the home with de-cluttering lives globally. If old clothes, kitchen glasses and books are responsible for the dulling the joy in our homes, what could be doing the same in our businesses?
Having gone through her own version of “decluttering her home” Fiona soon realised she’s been doing the same in businesses for 17 years. You only have to take a quick mental walk through your office and you’ll see the glaringly obvious elements of your business that are sucking the energy out of the place and inhibiting growth.
Fiona has turned her mind to reinventing the concept of business improvement by helping businesses and their teams spark joy aesthetically, technologically, structurally and through procedurally. The impact for clients, consumers and cultures is obvious!

04 — Interviews & Panel Facilitation
A quality, content drive, takeaway full Interview or Facilitate Panel doesn’t happen by chance. With a signature research filled three step interview planning and delivery process, Fiona works with you to show case great chat between other speakers, or bring out the gold from those who’s idea of running a solo session makes them freeze!
Step 1: Understand the objective of the session, why are we having this session.
Step 2: Pre interview the interviewee/s and identify the gold.
Step 3: Create interview draft, give interviewee a guide of questions based on the gold that’s been discovered.
Step 4: Rework interview to ensure natural interview unrehearsed style.
Step 5: Host the interview
Scripted interviews and panels are exactly that, scripted. In her method Fiona ensures that the interviewee is talking about elements they know and are confident in, ensuring they are the star of the session, their content flowing and the audience receiving great take away content with an engaging and interesting delivery.
